Preluxe ships orders for SmoothGlow™ Exfoliating Gloves and other available products worldwide, subject to checkout availability. Store prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more.
- Flat-rate shipping of $3.99 CAD on orders under $75 CAD.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. We send an order confirmation and tracking details once your order ships.
Estimated delivery
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Remote and international destinations may take longer. Customs, holidays, weather, and carrier delays can affect delivery times.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email when your order ships. Allow 1–3 days for the tracking status to update.
Customs and duties
Import duties and taxes charged by destinations outside Canada are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
