This Privacy Policy describes how Preluxe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit our website (the “Site”) or buy from us, including the Preluxe SmoothGlow™ Exfoliating Glove.

We keep Order Information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described here and to meet tax and accounting record-keeping obligations, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we're not required to keep it.

9. International transfers

Your information may be stored and processed outside the country you live in, including by Shopify and our service providers. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards for those transfers.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
